The Eagle Board meets at the Farmington Regional Chamber of Commerce meeting room at 6:30 PM on the third Thursday of the month. You must schedule with the Eagle Board Chair at least 2 weeks before your board meeting. 

*New for 2024 – Please bring your Eagle Packet to Roundtable (1st Thursday of the month) or send it with your Scoutmaster. You can also send a digital copy to the Eagle Board Chair and Co-Chair.

Roundtable: August 1, 2024 @ 7:00 PM, at Long Memorial Hall

  • Join our volunteers as we meet for fellowship, training, and District updates.
  • We meet for Roundtable on the first Thursday of the month.

District Committee Meeting: May 30, @7:00 PM, at Farmington Chamber of Commerce

  • This is a time for committees and chairs to come together and work on events and campaigns in the Ozark Trailblazers District.
  • The District Committee meets the 4th Thursday of the month.

Trap Shoot for Scouting Fundraiser: May 11, at S-F Scout Ranch

  • Join us for a fun day of sport and fundraising! Start getting your team of 5 ready for the competition.
  • Must be 14+ to participate.

Order of the Arrow Meeting and Potluck: May 18, @ 3:00 PM, at Pierre Marquette Park

Volunteer Appreciation BBQ and Potluck: June 6, @ 6:00 PM, at Maddie’s farm

  • All volunteers welcome to come celebrate our successes in Scouting and gear up for summer.
